Dear EVERYBODY
I have read some of your stories, especially the children's. My heart
goes out to all of you. Mom's & Dad's I know how tough things are, hang
in there & do what YOU feel is right for your child! My daughter was born
3 weeks early at 4.3ozs and 17 1/2 long. At 6 hours old she had her 1st
surgery and about 7 thereafter. We learned the hard way, after Kaity died
4 x's, once in my arms I thought it was hopeless. Please whatever course
you may take with your child make sure you have the right doctor's and
hospitals. C.H.O.P Children's Hospital in P.A. , Dr. Brown in G.I. saved
my little girl's life and we are forever grateful. Parent's you have the
strength, you are capable, in the time of need you will find the courage,
wisdom , and strength to go on. Knowledge IS the KEY. How do I
know............. When I met my husband he had cancer, shortly after my
daughter was born with short-gut, 1 week prior to my step-son's 18th b-day
he had cancer, my husbands twins, one has lumps on his chest cavity, found
out last year, and the other twin has an IQ of 56 and will need help the
rest of his life. That's it in a nutshell. God sped to all parents and
SBS people.
