About Me
First let me say that I am not a Doctor. My name is Jim Combs, I live in
Florida, I have Extreme Short Bowel Syndrome and have lived with it for 11
years as of July 12th 2003. I did not have a disease such as Cancer. My
problem started when I was 11 years old with an operation for a ruptured
appendix, and adhesions strangled my small intestines. I do not want to
leave the impression that what I say, or post on the pages of the Noguts
Country Club, should be taken as truth, factual, or a "cure all".
I speak from my experiences only, and the links, quotes, and references to
pages and works are the opinions of the authors of the respective pages,
and are provided for Information Only. Remember that I cannot control the
information available once you leave the Noguts Web Site.
The references to the Vitamins, Herbs, and "Medicines", both as a
prescription and over the counter, is what works for me. I do not
recommend, or suggest, that they be tried without a consultation with your
Doctor.
